The Hey Future Lawyer Reading Comp Challenge
The Hey Future Lawyer Reading Comp Challenge is a structured drilling exercise designed to train one thing: accurate Reading Comprehension.
The goal of the challenge is to complete a Reading Comprehension passage perfectly. That means understanding the passage and answering every question correctly.
How the Challenge Works
When you start the Reading Comp Challenge, you will drill full Reading Comprehension passages one at a time.
You have two possible ways to finish the challenge:
- Complete one passage with 100 percent accuracy
- Complete four total passages without achieving a perfect passage
If you get a perfect passage at any point, you are done immediately. You do not need to complete additional passages.
If you do not get a perfect passage, continue drilling until you have completed four passages.
There is no timing requirement for this challenge.
How to Approach Each Passage
For this challenge, accuracy matters more than speed.
Read the passage carefully and make sure you understand what the author is doing, how the paragraphs fit together, and what the main point is.
When answering questions, use the passage as your authority. Slow down, confirm your answers, and avoid guessing based on instincts or shortcuts.
The objective is not to finish quickly. The objective is to be correct.
When to Stop
- If you finish a passage and every question is correct, stop. The challenge is complete.
- If you miss any question, move on to another passage and repeat the process.
- If you reach four passages without a perfect score, stop. The challenge is complete.
What This Challenge Trains
The Reading Comp Challenge trains accurate reading and disciplined question solving.
By consistently aiming for perfect passages, you build the habits that lead to better comprehension, fewer rereads, and more confident answer selection. Speed improves naturally once accuracy is established.
Accuracy is the goal. Speed follows.
