If you're budget-conscious and just getting started, Jumpstart offers the complete curriculum with 5 PrepTests to build a strong foundation. If you want access to all practice materials for comprehensive self-study, Foundations Self-Study is your best choice. If you want live instruction, and direct access to Ben, Elite Live provides the full experience. All plans are one-time payments with 6 months of access.

Yes! If you purchase Jumpstart and decide you want the full Elite Live experience with live classes, you can upgrade at any time. If you upgrade within 60 days of your Jumpstart purchase, you'll receive a $499 credit toward Elite Live—essentially paying only the difference ($1,000). Your progress and data will transfer seamlessly when you upgrade.

LawHub Advantage is an LSAC requirement to access the official LSAT questions online. It costs $124 annually and is necessary for full access to LSAT materials across platforms. If you already have a subscription through LSAC, you don't need to repurchase here. Just note that LawHub Advantage is separate from your LSAC account used for exam registration and application services. For those with a fee waiver from LSAC, a one-year LawHub Advantage subscription is included at no additional cost.

Our plans are one-time purchases that give you 6 months of access. There is nothing to cancel and nothing auto renews. If you are unsatisfied, you have up to 7 days from your purchase to request a full refund by contacting our customer support team. After that window we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for time you did not use. Please note that LawHub Advantage payments are non-refundable, since they are managed separately by LSAC.

The LSAC fee waiver program is designed to support those needing financial assistance with LSAT fees or law school applications. If you have a valid fee waiver from LSAC, you are eligible to receive a discount on our plans. Please submit your email on our waiver page or send your waiver to our support team, and we will review it and contact you to help you get your account set up with the appropriate discount.

Yes, all your progress, practice data, notes, and messages will be safely stored and available if you ever purchase access again. Just be sure not to delete your account, as this would erase all your data.

If you need more time after your 6-month access period ends, you can purchase a new plan to continue. Your progress and history will still be available. If you originally purchased Jumpstart and want to upgrade to Foundations Self-Study or Elite Live, contact our support team to discuss your options.
